Moroccan cuisine is rated among one of the most cleverly balanced cuisines, with strong focus on rich flavours, aromas, texture, presentation, and perfect choice of spices and fresh ingredients, thus leading Moroccans to pride themselves on eating tasty, delicious and traditional food on a daily basis. Several Moroccan dishes have become increasingly popular now in other parts of the world (North of America, Australia and Western Europe) and it is no surprise that some neighbouring African countries have adopted the Moroccan Style Flavour. Glaçage au chocolat au Lait!


Ingrédients:

- 100 gr de beurre fondu
- 50 ml de lait frais
- 1 oeuf entier
- 350 gr de sucre glace
- 300 gr de chocolat noir au lait


Préparation:

1-Sur un feu doux, au bain-marie, faire battre l'oeuf, le sucre et le lait, remuer bien pour environ 5 min.
2-Retirer du feu et ajouter le chocolat, remuer jusqu'à que le chocolat fonde.
3-Ajouter le sucre glace, battre au mixeur à vitesse basse, pour environ 1 min.
4-Refrigérer pour au moins 1 heure en remauant de temps en temps.
5-Etaler sur vos gâteaux!
