Italian Amaretti!

I've been eyeing this recipe for quite some time now and finally I tried it out. They are PHENOMENAL!  I will be making this again and again, what a fabulous treat for both my family and guests! Cracked Chocolate & Almond Powder Balls / Boules craquelées au chocolat et poudre d'amande

This is a "Melt-in-the-Mouth” cookie, one of my favorite recipe and certainly one of the most popular in my family, yet easy to make.  These little cracked chocolate/almond balls come out of the oven brown, sugary and small enough that you can eat HAPPILY more than one! Mamatkamal Makes 24 balls / Pour 24 boules Ingredients / Ingrédients: - 80g white flour / 80g farine blanche - 50g powdered almonds / 50g de poudre d'amande - 2 soupspoonfuls  unsweetened cocoa powder /  2 c. à soupe poudre de cacao amer - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder / 1/2 c. à thé de poudre à pâte ou levure chimique - 1/4 teaspoon baking soda / 1/4 c. à thé de bicarbonate de soude - Pinch of salt / Une pincée de sel - 120g dark chocolate / 120g chocolat noir - 1 egg / 1 oeuf - 1 teaspoon almond extract  / 1 c. à thé d'essence d'amandes - 1 teaspoon   instant coffee /1 c. à thé du café instantané - 1 soupspoonful brown sugar / 1 c. à soupe de sucre br
